Return Eligibility

Exchange Policy

Clenvox currently does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a return request for the original product

  3. Place a new order for the preferred item

This process helps ensure accurate inventory management and faster order fulfillment.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing within the European Union may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.

Under applicable consumer protection laws, eligible customers may cancel or return their purchase during this period without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The product must remain unused
  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This statutory right is separate from and in addition to Clenvox's standard 30-day return policy.

Refund Processing

Return Shipping Requirements
